Myra’s Protein Recipe

Grind in a coffee  grinder the following: Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Almonds, Sesamae Seeds, Add Himalayan Salt, ground Kelp, Ground Linseed Mix together well in a bowl.   Keep in kitchen to sprinkle on foods.  Delicious!
