Seeking information re Lawrence (Laurence) Queenan Sergeant Royal Fusiliers WW1
son of Michael Queenan and Margaret Hawkins who were married at Loughrea Cathedral Galway
14-1-1886 also known as Quinn
Lawrence was baptised at Loughrea his birth was 1897.
Siblings: Michael, Margaret, Mary, Bridget, Annie, Nona.
In 1901 Irish Cencus family lived at 16 Cross Street, Loughrea Town Co. Galway
In 1911 Irish Census Larry was living with his Mother at Cloonyconaun Grange Galway.
Lawrence Queenan was a Catholic Priest and died about 1973-1974

I am seeking information re descendants of Annie Rogers of Sydney Australia.

A death notice was published in the Sydney Morning Herald on 7th June 1900 telling of the death on 2nd June 1900 of the child William John Rogers aged 10 years, only son of Ellen and the late William Rogers.
The death occurred at the Residence of his grandmother Margaret Callanan, 27 Bathhurst Street, City of Sydney.

This notice was inserted in the newspaper by his loving Aunt Annie Rogers

THOMAS  HEFFERNAN  and his wife   NORA RYAN

lived at EMLY TIPPERARY and had a house there in 1850.    Thomas Heffernan was a teacher.

Two of their daughters,  ELLEN HEFFERNAN,  who married Albeius Oliver Fitzgerald,  at Emly,  31st Jan. 1875, and MARY HEFFERNAN, who married in New Zealand, John Lynch, from Bantry Bay Ireland.    Both Ellen and Mary lived in the Palmerston North area of New Zealand.       One of Mary’s daughters was Julia Lynch, Sister Lawrence the well known artist.
