1 Kg Mixed Fruit
2 cups Orange Juice
3 cups Self Rising Flour
1 teasp each, Cinnamon, mixed Spice & Cloves
Soak fruit and spices in Orange Juice for a few hours
Then add Self Raising Flour and stir well.
Add one bottle of Rum Essence and
One bottle of Brandy Essence (or the real thing)
If you add the Essences, or Brandy/Rum, then
use only 1 and 1/2 cups of Orange Juice.
Bake at 170*. One Hour
