TIGERS MILK

TISSUES REBUILDER

2 eggs

1 tablespoon Lecithin Granules

1 tablespoon Safflower Oil (or mixed Vegetable

oils)

2 rounded teaspoons Dolomite Powder

(or substitute)

1/2 cup Plain Yoghurt

1 teaspoon Kelp Powder

1/2 cup Brewers Yeast

2 cups Milk

1/2 cup full cream Milk Powder

1/4 cup Soya Flour

1/4 cup Wheatgerm

1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

 

 Add a further one pint or 1 cup of  Milk

 

Nutmeg and Cinnamon can be added.

Place in the Blender and blend well.

 

Will keep a week in Frig

Take 1/2 cup 3 times a day.    Squeeze in

Orange Juice or Raro Powder  if you like an

Orange Flavour.   Glucose can be added to the

1/2 cup doses.

( good quality Coconut Milk could be used as

a substitue for the dairy items)

Take also Vitamin Tablets A. C. & E

MY GRANNIE’S TONIC

OR FASTING TONIC

Wash 3 whole eggs and place in a bowl
Add the squeezed juice of 12 lemons
Cover and leave 24 hours.

Place eggs and lemon into blender,

The add to Blender:
1/2lb warm honey
1/2 bottle good Rum
2-4 tablespoons acerola or tart cherry powder

Blend until thick mixture. Pour into a glass jar
that has a lid and keep in Frig.
Take on empty stomach up to 1/2 a tumblerfull twice
daily.
The old timers swore by it, it was given to women after
childbirth and anyone who was poorly.

CHRISTMASTIDE

Recently my dearest Cathy sent me such an amazing book

DUTCH APPLE CAKE

300 grams each of butter, sugar, self raising flour

3 eggs

vanilla essence

TOPPING:

Peel 3-4 apples and slice

Soak  for about 1/2 hour, the sliced apples in 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar

add 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 2 teaspoons mixed spice,

2 teaspoons  ground cloves

Mix well the slightly melted butter, sugar and

eggs, and self raising flour plus vanilla

Put into a greaseproof paper lined tin.

Spread the TOPPING mixture over the cake.

Bake @ 160* about 1 hour.   Check to see if cooked with

a darning needle or a small knitting needle if it

comes out dry not sticky the cake is cooked.

Leave a little longer if need be.

LOVELY with icecream, whipped cream etc
